About Me

Kaitlyn Turner M.S., CCC-SLP

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn. After becoming a new mom in 2022, I was inspired to start a private practice in Speech Language Pathology to connect with local families in the Saint Johns, FL area. I love all things Disney, adventuring outside, and spending time with my growing family. Communication in all forms is so important from the earliest stages of life and beyond. It is my passion to help each individual express their ideas and share their thoughts through their own voice.

I graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology in May 2020. Before that, I graduated from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa with a Bachelor’s of Education in Elementary Education and Special Education. My husband and I moved to Saint Johns, FL in July 2020 and have been growing our roots here ever since. I am an ASHA Accredited and Florida Department of Health Certified Speech Language Pathologist and a Step up for Students approved Service Provider ready to share my passion for communication with each family I work with!

I have experience working with birth through adult populations but am most passionate about pediatrics. Before starting this private practice I served 2 year olds-14 year olds in the school setting. I have experience with speech sound disorders, fluency, expressive language, receptive language, pragmatic language, early language development, cognitive therapy, feeding therapy and swallowing therapy.
